What types of steel structures do you work on?+
We work on a wide range of structural steel projects — commercial buildings, industrial facilities, mezzanines, platforms, stairs, guardrails, residential steel frames, and custom fabricated components. If it involves structural steel, we can help.
Are your welders certified?+
Yes. All of our field welders are WABO-certified (Washington Association of Building Officials) and work to AWS D1.1 structural welding standards. We are also fully licensed and insured under WA Contractor License #SITESSS763JW.
Do you provide shop drawings?+
Absolutely. We produce detailed, fabrication-ready shop drawings for all structural steel components. These are reviewed for accuracy and code compliance before fabrication begins, minimizing errors and field changes.
What steel grades do you work with?+
We regularly work with ASTM A36 (plate, angle, channel, flat bar), ASTM A992 (wide flange beams), and ASTM A500 (HSS columns and bracing). We can also source A572, A529, and other grades as required by your engineer.
Can you handle custom fabrication projects?+
Yes. We specialize in custom steel fabrication of any scale — from single custom components to complete structural steel packages. We work closely with your team from design through installation to ensure your specifications are met exactly.
Do you offer mobile field welding?+
Yes. We operate fully equipped mobile welding trucks and can deploy crews to job sites anywhere in Washington State and the broader Pacific Northwest. Our field teams handle everything from connection welds to structural tie-ins on site.

We are based in Woodinville, WA and serve the entire Seattle metro area including Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell, Everett, and Tacoma — as well as commercial and industrial clients throughout Washington State and the Pacific Northwest.

Do you work on residential projects?+
Yes. We work on residential steel projects including steel-framed homes, structural beams and posts, custom staircases, guardrails, and architectural metalwork. We are experienced with both residential and commercial building codes.
What is a maintenance plan and do I need one?+
Our structural maintenance plans provide regular certified inspections and on-site repairs to keep your steel structures safe and compliant over time. They are ideal for building owners, property managers, and facilities teams who want proactive care rather than reactive repairs. Plans start at $499/month.
